The exhibition organisers annually work to attract visitors and specialists:- - Direct delivery of more than 10,000 personal badges and invitations according to the database, by post, fax and e-mail.
- - Telephone calls to potential visitors with personal invitation to the exhibition.
- - Ads, articles and invitations in specialised local and international electronic and printed media.
- - Advertising banners and boards on main streets of the city.

AGENDA:
To familiarise potential partners and clients with their products and services, the organisers invite exhibitors to conduct specialised workshops and presentations in an equipped Workshop Room. The equipment includes: LCD projector, screen, audio equipment, computer, assistant.Information about workshops and presentations will be included in invitations for visitors and the exhibition agenda to be distributed from the registration desk in exhibitors’ packages. It will also be put on special posters inside the pavilion.
PARTICIPATION OPTIONS:
The organisers offer several exhibition participation options for companies:- Equipped exhibition stand. Minimum area – 9 sq. m. Includes side and back walls, power supply and wall outlet, lighting, floor cover, as well as desk, chairs and additional equipment depending on the stand size. The organisers use exhibition equipment provided by OCTANORM (Germany).
- Unequipped exhibition stand. Minimum area – 12 sq. m. Includes only area in the pavilion. This option is used by companies which have their own finished stand design and those willing to stand out with their unusual design.
- Workshop, presentation, etc. Includes rent of the workshop room for 40-50 persons, LCD projector, screen, and audio equipment.
